According to Liaoning Daily, in the first half of this year, 100 pilot demonstration projects of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent service in Liaoning Province have completed investment of 13.61 billion yuan. Among them, 9 projects undertaken by Shenyang Institute of Automation, Shenyang High Precision CNC and Dalian Jiafeng Automation have been completed and debugged. Six national intelligent manufacturing demonstration projects, such as DongSoft Medical and Bearing, have been announced.

Intelligent manufacturing and intelligent service are the development direction of manufacturing enterprises. They are of great significance for enterprises to transform and upgrade and seize the commanding heights of future competition. In order to further promote the enterprise's active transformation and upgrading and accelerate the pace of building a strong manufacturing province, in April this year, Liaoning Province identified 100 pilot demonstration projects of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent service, which will be promoted in 2018.

Since the confirmation of the pilot demonstration project, Liaoning Province immediately organized four research groups to go to various cities to understand the progress of the project construction in detail and coordinate the solution of related problems. In order to solve the fund problems encountered by enterprises in project construction, the Provincial Intelligent Manufacturing Collaboration Alliance invited financial institutions to 52 enterprises in Shenyang, Fushun, Dandong, Yingkou, Fuxin and Chaoyang to provide one-to-one financial services for enterprises.

At the same time, actively apply for national support for enterprises, and carry out the work of comprehensive standardization and new mode recommendation of Intelligent Manufacturing in 2018. To organize the staff and technical experts of relevant departments to conduct on-site consultation and diagnosis on 24 key projects, and to recommend the best projects to the state. At present, six of the 28 projects recommended to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have entered the stage of publicity. Among them, the projects of "Integrated Standardization and Test Verification System for Digital Workshop of Intelligent Manufacturing of New Energy Automotive Power Battery System" and "Application of New Mode of Intelligent Manufacturing of Aircraft Structural Components" undertaken by Shenyang Automation Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences passed the evaluation of the national expert group successfully, which provided a reference model for the implementation of intelligent manufacturing in relevant industries.

The construction of 100 pilot demonstration projects of intelligent manufacturing and intelligent service has progressed smoothly, which further strengthens the determination of Liaoning Province to accelerate the strategy of building a strong manufacturing province. In the second half of this year, 20 new projects are planned to enter the pilot demonstration field. At the same time, we will firmly promote the 2018 Key Project Plan for Enterprise Technological Innovation in Liaoning Province, accelerate the pace of the construction of enterprise technology centers, and help enterprises strengthen the ability of spontaneous intelligent transformation.
